Description

The Finance and Administration Assistant works as an integral member of AWF’s Finance and Administration team, performing financial recordkeeping, and participating in the internal control structure, assisting in the execution of, administration, program support, and logistics. This is a 2 year full-time position, based at AWF’s Offices in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have book keeping qualification, minimum CPA 2 – Business Administration training would be an added advantage
  • Be proficient in the use of computers especially, QuickBooks, Serenic, and Microsoft Excel
  • Have at least 3 years work experience in a busy accounting department
  • Have at least 3 years demonstrative ability to provide logistical and administrative support to a busy office
