The Eden Project is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join its highly successful team. Reporting to the Operations Director this role will be responsible for the long term strategic plan for sustaining the site’s infrastructure and asset base to a world class standard.

Other key responsibilities include developing an asset register, building strong relations across the team and managing the Projects team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on standard and to budget.

The Eden Project is a unique visitor destination and as such our ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to deliver practical and sustainable solutions. Experience of working at a similar level within a complex infrastructure is essential, as is the ability to influence and motivate at all levels.
