Our first class events team is looking for an Event Planner to ensure the planning and delivery of all events at Eden are of a high standard and meet our diverse range of clients needs.

This is a very demanding, exciting, unique and at times frustrating role. You will be expected to create detailed working documents that the Events and Hospitality Host can work from to ensure the events are set up as per the client’s instructions. Outstanding customer service is essential in this role as you will be the main point of contact throughout the event. All our events venues are shared with our day visitors or education team so ensuring that the venues are ready to be used the next day is crucial. You will be challenged with maximising revenue and profit, through effective staffing and up selling at events. This role is not 9-5 and will be based around 50% in the office and 50% delivering events and the right candidate will be expected to work late nights and weekends. A clear understanding of Eden’s ethos will certainly help your performance in this role.
