Job Summary:

 

A successful engineering and environmental consultancy are seeking a proactive consultant to strengthen their Nottingham based Flood Risk & Water Environment team.  You will be joining a specialist team of hydrologists, modellers and flood risk/drainage engineers who have established themselves a reputation amongst clients and regulatory authorities, offering crucial support for a variety of water based development engineering projects.

 

Qualifications / Experience:

 

The successful candidate will have;

• A Masters degree in Hydrology / Ecology or related subject
• An interest in aquatic ecology, wetland creation, river restoration etc.
• Excellent knowledge of the Water Framework Directive.
• Previous experience of undertaking Water Framework Directive assessments would be beneficial as would experience of undertaking Flood Risk Assessments.
