Together with your colleagues in the department, you will be responsible for providing engineering O&M support to our offshore wind farms. You will also participate in the development and implementation of standard O&M concepts across our portfolio.
You will be the global focal point and technical specialist within offshore submarine HV cables in Operations. In addition, you will develop strategies for contingency and cable repairs, prepare maintenance and inspection plans, and last but not least prepare breakdown contingency plans. You will participate in O&M design reviews and maintenance documentation.
Furthermore, your key duties will be to:

be the O&M cable specialist and have a technical interface to Renewables' HV cable engineering department with regard to implementation of lessons learned into future designs

initiate Root Cause Analysis for major or frequent faults

define scope of work for service contracts for inspections and participate in offshore surveys and inspections where applicable

participate in technical discussions and clarification with vendors

develop strategies for contingency, cable repairs and maintenance.
