Engineer for Wind Farm Communication Networks

Join our SCADA department with 16 engineers and technicians within our large engineering division in Renewables.

Renewables is a large and rapidly growing business unit with 800 employees. We are one of the leading energy companies in Europe within the fields of developing, constructing and operating onshore and offshore wind farms. We have more than 30 years of experience in wind power, and up to 20 per cent of our power is produced from renewable resources. Our business is based on producing, distributing and trading energy and related products in Northern Europe.

You will be joining a department involved in all engineering phases within automation of wind power systems. Together with your colleagues, you will offer specialist support on O&M of wind farms. We are also responsible for all aspects of both personal and technical communication in relation to onshore and offshore wind farms. Our tasks include specifications of system design, implementation of substation control systems and wind farm control systems. Our duties also include project lead of all automation deliverables, eg SCADA systems and IP network and communication systems.

You will be working on projects in Northern Europe and will be based either at our office in Skærbæk near Fredericia or our office in Gentofte. You may choose freely between the two offices.

However, you should expect to work periodically at the specific office, where our communication team is located, and at our construction sites.
