Description

We are looking for a passionate colleague to work with us on our Innovation and Supply Chain engagement programmes. As a member of our Engagement Management team you will help ensure that our online collaboration platforms achieve their goal of ‘making sustainable business happen, at scale’.

Our collaboration platforms work as online communities and involve people in businesses across the world, from the very biggest to new start-up innovators, working together to save resources and transition to more sustainable business models. 

As a member of our Engagement Management team, you will be responsible to manage and develop one of these programmes.  You will do this through:

  • Getting the right people involved. You’ll design and deliver recruitment and engagement, based on members’ priorities, your client’s objectives and competitive insights.
  • Building strong relationships with members. You’ll forge trusting relationships with members in order to really understand their needs and interests. From Directors to Graduates, they’ll call on you as another member of their team.
  • Optimising performance of the programme. Finding and/or creating tools and resources to enable knowledge to be exchanged and your members to collaborate.
  • You’ll work with members and liaise with potential partner organisations to gather and develop content and resources which addresses member interests and challenges
  • Understand the priorities and value propositions of different paying clients, and take this into consideration when delivering your engagement activities
  • Working with our in-house technology development team to identify ways to continually improve our platform and data-service offering

  • Professional communicator - candidate must demonstrate clear and articulate verbal and written skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Self-starter with can-do attitude – candidate shows drive and initiative to  work on a range of tasks, takes large responsibility in delivering them timely, to high personal standard and “gets things done”
  • A team player – work effectively in a collaborative team, and have a supportive attitude able to work confidently with clients, your community and for the good of the company.
  • Highly organized – confident in identifying target outcomes, managing multiple tasks and delivering them consistently, on time to high personal standards.
  • Analytical - candidate brings strategic thinking and analytical rigour to their work, demonstrating ability to plan ahead
