Anglian Water provides water and wastewater services to 6 million domestic and business customers across the East of England. Operating in 27,000 square kilometres of Britain's driest region presents us with unique technical and energy challenges.
This role will involve the management of energy projects from identification through to completion putting in place enablers to ensure projects are delivered within required timescales, budgets and financial payback. You will ensure project information is up to date and valid on the energy programme database, liaise closely with project delivery teams and support the project delivery process. You will also be required to take a technical lead on energy projects. You will also manage issues raised by the operations team and ensure projects obtain stakeholder buy-in.
You'll ideally have a first degree in a technical or scientific discipline and extensive experience in the water industry and in an engineering project environment. A strong communicator, you will have a proven record of delivering to time and cost targets and the ability to develop collaborative working relationships across teams.
