Job Summary:

Our client is one of the UK’s leading independent consultancies that provide services to managers who are responsible in running the building services in today's commercial and public sector buildings. This position sits in the Energy and Sustainability team and would be responsible for managing energy audits, energy and carbon profiling, utility consumption data and smart metering.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

The successful candidate will:

  • Carry out Energy Audits of commercial and public sector properties
  • Gather and process data on energy and utilities consumption
  • Produce energy and sustainability reports
  • Review and create smart metering reporting and assist with technical feasibility projects
  • Meet and liaise with a range of clients, building tenants and utilities suppliers
  • Carry out workshops and presentations

Qualifications / Experience:

  • A degree in a relevant subject (Environmental Management, Building Services, Engineering)
  • A high level of understanding of energy engineering and building services preferably working towards CIBSE membership
  • Good experienced in energy management/auditing for commercial and/or public buildings
  • Good knowledge of current energy legislation and environmental issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and report writing skills
