£19,578 - £22,489 per annum

Groundwork North East has a number of new vacancies in our growing Employment and Skills Team. We aim to get 1000 more people into work over the next 12 months, and 5,000 over the next 5 years.

The Postholder will work as a member of the Employment Team to establish and maintain excellent relationships with jobseekers, understanding and meeting their needs with the aim of moving these individuals towards and into further sustainable employment, whilst ensuring programme performance targets are consistently achieved to meet the requirements of the allocated contract. The postholder will manage a caseload of clients and manage and supervise allocated staff, providing support and direction.
