Development Officer - Positive Futures

Groundwork Lancashire West & Wigan is looking for a Development Officer to develop, market and deliver new and existing programmes and initiatives under the thematic area of Communities based in the Preston area.

The successful candidate will be required to engage hard to reach young people and volunteers, organise community engagement projects and deliver a variety of challenging and innovative activities in line with the projects aims and objectives.

This position will require the successful candidate to work flexible hours which will include evenings and weekends as and when required dependant on the needs of the project/department.

This position requires the successful applicant to hold a full driving licence and will be subject to an enhanced CRB check. When completing your application form, please note that one referee must be a current or previous employer.
