Too many fish are being taken out, too much rubbish is going in, and too little is being done to protect the UK’s marine life and habitats.

To address the scale of the problems, a focused and effective conservation campaign programme is needed by the Marine Conservation Society (MCS), to be delivered by an experienced and creative environmental campaigner to mobilise public support and influence changes in government policy and industry practices.

With a successful track record in influencing change through national and local campaigns, you will be a strategic thinker and adept at project managing matrix teams to achieve shared goals. You will need excellent communication skills and a flair for motivating people behind a compelling environmental cause.

The Marine Conservation Society (MCS) has been the voice for our seas for over 25 years; championing sustainable fisheries, clean seas and beaches and protection for marine wildlife.

Campaign for change: seize this exciting opportunity to join MCS – the voice for our seas for over 25 years – by becoming our Conservation Campaigns Manager.
