Description

Durrell Conservation Academy will be running a five day Conservation Breeding and Husbandry of Birds course from 2nd – 6th September 2013.  The course is aimed at curators, keepers and veterinarians from zoos and other institutions. The course is designed to equip you with the necessary skills to successfully manage and breed birds in captivity.  You will develop your skills in practical bird husbandry and deepen your understanding of the contribution such work can make to the conservation of threatened birds in the wild.
