London Wildlife Trust is a growing charity with a diverse range of projects and funding sources. We are looking for a dynamic, organised and enthusiastic individual to join our Communications team based at the Head Office in Westminster.

The Communications Officer will play a key role in providing proactive and efficient support on all London Wildlife Trust external and internal communications, ensuring consistency of branding and communications to staff, external stakeholders, members and other relevant external contacts.

With a background in journalism or communications, the post holder will provide strong administrative and co-ordination support to the Communication & Campaigns Senior Officer in promoting the Trust’s brand and developing and maintaining key contacts and databases.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written skills, keen attention to detail along with understanding of branding and producing online content. Experience of organising events and knowledge of Publisher and InDesign would be advantageous.

London Wildlife Trust manages over forty nature reserves across the capital, supporting wildlife and providing opportunities for local communities to enjoy high quality, natural space. The Trust also delivers projects focusing on protecting priority habitats and species in London and works to influence policy makers to support this work.
