About US Climate Action Network (USCAN)

USCAN is the largest US network of organizations focused on climate change. USCAN plays a critical role as the only network connecting organizations working on climate advocacy and policy development at the state/regional, federal, and international levels, all of which are increasingly interdependent.

USCAN’s mission is to support and strengthen US-based civil society organizations’ influence on the development and implementation of local, national, and international climate policy and action. USCAN is the US arm of the Climate Action Network (CAN), a global network of over 850 environment, energy, development, and faith- based NGOs working collaboratively to address the causes of global warming and promote equitable solutions.
