The Australian Conservation Foundation (ACF) stands for ecological sustainability. We get to the heart of environmental problems by tackling the underlying social and economic causes and has been a strong and effective voice for the environment for more than 45 years.
Our Climate Change Program is responsible for the development and execution of program outcomes to tackle climate change, including reduction of greenhouse pollution, increased uptake of renewable energy, and reducing coal exports. The Program makes use of a full suite of campaign tools including engaging our supporters, media and communications, policy development and analysis, direct political advocacy, fundraising and collaborations with other organisations.
Working with the Program Manager and other campaigners, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that support Australia’s rapid exit from national and global fossil fuel and uranium chains and move towards a clean energy future.
