Bookkeeper (m/f) – 40%


For two days per week (15 hours ) at the International Secretariat of FoEI in Amsterdam.

The bookkeeper's responsibilities include:

  • registering invoices
  • administering membership fees
  • making domestic and international payments
  • corresponding with debtors and creditors
  • checking compliance with administrative procedures
  • booking invoices, bank and cash statements
  • reviewing financial reports of small projects
  • other financial and administrative tasks in consultation with the Finance Manager


We are looking for somebody with:

  • experience in financial and administrative work
  • accuracy and affinity with numbers
  • good communication skills in English and Dutch (and basic knowledge of Spanish and/or French)
  • an ability to explain financial issues clearly in writing
  • intercultural skills

Full time salary between € 2,641 and € 2,979 monthly depending on experience.
Contract duration: 1 year, to be renewed upon positive performance evaluation.
Participation in collective pension arrangement compulsory.
