Bookkeeper (m/f) – 40%
For two days per week (15 hours ) at the International Secretariat of FoEI in Amsterdam.
The bookkeeper's responsibilities include:
- registering invoices
- administering membership fees
- making domestic and international payments
- corresponding with debtors and creditors
- checking compliance with administrative procedures
- booking invoices, bank and cash statements
- reviewing financial reports of small projects
- other financial and administrative tasks in consultation with the Finance Manager
We are looking for somebody with:
- experience in financial and administrative work
- accuracy and affinity with numbers
- good communication skills in English and Dutch (and basic knowledge of Spanish and/or French)
- an ability to explain financial issues clearly in writing
- intercultural skills

Full time salary between € 2,641 and € 2,979 monthly depending on experience. Contract duration: 1 year, to be renewed upon positive performance evaluation. Participation in collective pension arrangement compulsory.
