Cheshire West and Chester Council is a high performing new unitary authority.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our pioneering Waste Strategy Team. We run a creative programme of initiatives to engage the community in waste reduction, reuse and recycling.
Calling on successful relevant experience, you will work with key partners to engage householders, volunteers, school children and community groups in waste issues; deliver waste minimisation initiatives and develop high impact waste awareness campaigns.
With excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills and a keen interest in waste issues, you will also have good numeracy and IT skills.
