Based in New York City, with offices throughout the United States and worldwide, the Rainforest Alliance works with people whose livelihoods depend on the land, helping them transform the way they grow food, harvest wood and host travellers. Position Summary: The Assistant will provide support to the Claims, Traceability & Trademarks (CTT) unit, which is responsible for helping to ensure that entities using the Rainforest Alliance Certified™ (RAC) seal on packaging and marketing materials for agricultural products are in compliance with the Rainforest Alliance Trademarks Guidelines and related policies such as licensing, traceability and chain of custody. The Assistant will process artwork submissions in English and other European languages, and will provide administrative and customer service support as described below. Responsibilities:
