Groundwork London is the capital’s leading social and environmental regeneration charity, changing places and changing the lives of communities in need.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Manager to drive the Trust’s fundraising strategy and develop partnerships, programmes and services. Experienced in the development of regeneration and environmental projects at a senior management level you will maximise the success of fundraising activities by providing leadership for the fundraising team and matching project opportunities to funding streams.

You will initiate ideas and co-ordinate input into project development, turning these ideas into attractive propositions for prospective funders and partners.

You will sustain existing relationships, and develop new partnerships with key funding bodies and partner organisations at senior management levels. An excellent communicator, you will have the ability to successfully bid for new funding and tender opportunities.

You should have the ability to work in a target and results driven delivery environment, fundraise for complex projects and prepare intricate budgets. If you have the passion and ambition to turn development opportunities into successful fundraising within a dynamic organisation, apply today.
