Description |
The Consultant will be responsible for leading and managing discrete client assignments involving businesses and supply chains connected with agriculture (both crops and livestock), whether as part of a larger client engagement or a stand-alone project. They will typically project manage up to 10 projects simultaneously, inputting into the scoping of proposals led by the Business Development team, co-ordinating day to day client delivery with teams ranging from 1 to 5 colleagues on client work and (as necessary) building new agriculture focused propositions and contributing to knowledge development across the company. In this role, the successful candidate will provide analytical rigour combined with commercial acumen to ensure delivery of work on time and to high standards of quality. In addition to leading the analytical process, the Associate/Consultant will frame and communicate findings and recommendations to clients, ensuring that deliverables meet their needs and expectations.
