Hounslow has invested in new services to meet challenging waste diversion, recycling and composting targets. We have a new contract and partner to help us deliver. We are now investing in our Waste Management Services team. All posts will have responsibility for overseeing Hounslow's Waste Management Strategy and be responsible for promoting and monitoring the new waste and recycling collection contract.
For the Waste and Recycling Field Officer role you will ideally have experience of on the ground monitoring of waste management services. You will be expected to manage your own workload investigating complaints, while playing an active part of a team. This role will support Waste and Recycling Officers in promoting council services so good communication skills are required. This post presents a significant opportunity to develop your career as Hounslow introduces new and sustainable waste and recycling collection initiatives.
